it’s the same revival of matter
anywhere you go
something about what is right
in our lives, sometime
seldom pure, just walks in circles and
searches for signals
accomplishments of thinkers and
pop culture revolutionaries
milky generations
between odd and even
pulse and rewind
i’m thinking subtractively, of course,
cutting limitless weight, the shapes of
parallel oceans, interstellar grooves, or
uninterrupted birdsong
the future’s no place for strangers
an invitation to liberate the sun, a
rapture more delicate than rainwater,
seasides and daffodils, no dancers just
crimson skin, cemetery sky
Oh, how I envy your talents. I work as hard as I’m able, but certain things cannot be replicated. You’re a marvel.
