I set aside some time this afternoon for my collage practice, but unfortunately not much came out of it. I suspect the fact that I was working outside and trying to photograph some Ruby-throated Hummingbirds at the same time had something to do with that.
But, I digress. I made “Philosophical Conversations” a few days ago. I am somewhat satisfied with it. That is, the more I reflect on it, the more I find it grows on me. I hope you enjoy.

I love this one 🙂 I really do. It’s amazing how, sometimes, the art we are not completely satisfied with is the art that completely satisfies another..the yellow rose, the bass clef with the tall steeple and a mask from a time long ago floating in its sky..all anchored by a figure whose mind is filled by it all..well done, my friend..well done

Thank you very much! You’re right. It’s important not to get too caught up in our own judgements regarding our work. Sometimes that which doesn’t satisfy us ends up satisfying others. I am delighted you like this collage so much! Have a great Thursday, my friend! 😊

The collage is interesting on its own, but the title makes it more so!
