Chasing Daylight, paper collage, 2026

Here are some new experiments in collage art. I managed to find some fun, new materials earlier this week (in addition to those I picked up last week), including a vintage books of plants and a book of 1980s bathrooms…which is pretty fantastic. As I now have an abundance of materials to work with, you can expect much new artwork in the coming weeks.

Also, a quick work about the tiny couple in the Chasing Daylight series: a friend gifted me a vintage magazine that contained that couple. I love them and couldn’t bear to glue them down right away, so those three collages–with a bit of patience and persistence–were built on my scanner.
